Group Y4MH Classes
Our group classes create a supportive environment that combines yoga, community discussions, and resource-sharing. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to promote healing and connection among participants. In collaboration with HopeWay, these classes not only focus on the physical aspects of yoga but also integrate discussions on mental health, providing a holistic approach that encourages self-exploration and resilience.
ONLINE CLASS &
VIRTUAL YOGA SESSION
For those unable to attend in person, we provide online and virtual yoga sessions designed to maintain the same level of community and support. Participants can engage in restorative practices from the comfort of their homes, with the added benefit of guidance from both Y4MH instructors and mental health professionals at HopeWay, creating a seamless blend of yoga and therapeutic support.
One-on-One Yoga Sessions
We offer personalized one-on-one yoga sessions that cater to individual needs and therapeutic goals. Through a tailored approach, clients can explore specific practices that align with their mental health objectives. These sessions are conducted in collaboration with HopeWay professionals, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support that addresses both their physical and emotional well-being.
Mini and Extended Retreats
Our mini and extended retreats offer participants an immersive experience where they can retreat from daily stresses and engage deeply in restorative practices. These retreats are conducted in partnership with HopeWay, incorporating workshops and discussions that focus on mental health awareness and strategies for self-care. Attendees will leave with practical tools and a sense of community, enhancing their overall wellness journey.

We are excited to offer this program under Yoga for Mental Health (Y4MH),
designed for adults seeking to improve their mental health through yoga, mindfulness, and community support, this series will guide participants through practices that calm the mind, rejuvenate the body, and uplift hope. Each session builds on the previous, creating a cohesive journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace.
