Our Mission

Our mission is to create safe, supportive environments where individuals with mental health challenges — and their caregivers — can engage in mindful yoga movement, breathwork, meditation, gratitude practices to foster inner peace, hope, and resilience.

Through the integration of yoga and the building of a strong community,
we aim to:

We are the leading provider of mental health-focused yoga programming,
offering classes for clients and education for yoga teachers and therapists in treatment centers, community centers, and yoga studios. By promoting mental health through the evidence-based, holistic practice of yoga, we create a supportive community founded on hope, movement, and mindfulness — pillars of mental well-being.

Addressing the Mental Health Needs

Mental health issues — including stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders — are prevalent.
These conditions can leave people feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their true selves. While traditional treatments are vital,
many individuals seek holistic, complementary approaches that address the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga for Mental Health (Y4MH) was born out of compassion, lived expertise, and a deep understanding of yoga's healing potential.

This is not just another yoga class. It's a sanctuary — a space for individuals to reconnect with themselves, find comfort in community, and rediscover the joy of movement. Y4MH empowers individuals to take an active role in their mental health journey, supported by the expertise and care of our instructors.

We are excited to offer this program under Yoga for Mental Health (Y4MH),
designed for adults seeking to improve their mental health through yoga, mindfulness, and community support, this series will guide participants through practices that calm the mind, rejuvenate the body, and uplift hope. Each session builds on the previous, creating a cohesive journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace.
